Overview

Four Seasons Home Improvement is seeking a reliable, motivated Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in overseeing residential home improvement and exterior renovation projects. This position offers growth opportunities across operations and sales.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sitesHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of project management experience (assistant or lead role)Familiarity with residential roofing, siding, windows, and doors (required)Knowledge of decking, patios, and porch construction (preferred)Strong multitasking skillsability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEagerness to learn and grow within all areas of the businessComfortable learning and using new technologies and business softwareExperience with Leap CRM, Contractor Connection, Monday.com, Excel, and Word (preferred but not required)Professional, client-facing demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and detail-orientedStrong problem-solving and team collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Install/Project Manager throughout all stages of the project, including planning, coordination, and on-site installation supportInspect project sites and assist in determining scopes of workCommunicate project agreements and expectations with clientsHelp coordinate any scope adjustments and negotiate changes with customersAssist in obtaining necessary permits and ensuring legal complianceAssist in managing crew members and subcontractorsOversee on-site work quality, safety, and compliance with company standardsMaintain site cleanliness and workmanship standards upon project completionFoster strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $40,000-$45,000 (commensurate with experience) + performance bonuses (override) after probationary periodOTE Year 1: $75,000 guaranteedCompany Vehicle, Gas Card & E-ZPass ProvidedCompany-issued iPhone & iPadWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, plus flexible 2 Saturdays/month (9:00 AM-12:00 PM)
