Commercial Construction Roofing Estimator

TopKey Construction is in search of a commercial construction roofing estimator. Candidate should be experienced and skilled with the following;

Experience:

-Knowledge of bidding related to commercial new construction and remodeling/ renovations. Strong knowledge and experience with commercial roofing in particular, TPO, EPDM, Shingles, Bitumin, preferred.

-Perform site visits and document existing conditions

-Establish preliminary construction schedule and duration

-Coordinate bid process and attend pre-bid meetings

-Analyze proposals/bids for scope of work and secure pricing

-Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.

Skills:

-Must have ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

-Ability to establish priorities

-Must be able to work calmly within deadlines and under pressure

-Must be a self-starter who can perform independently and as a team member

-Strong customer service skills

-Must possess strong analytical skills, as attention to detail is critical

-Analyze problems; make sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risk implications & costs
