Our client is looking for a skilled Precision Millwright to oversee and perform the dissasembly, installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery within manufacturing facilities. This position involves working with high-precision equipment and the ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a focus on accuracy, and the ability to work safely in demanding environments.
Job Responsibilities -
- Lead and assist in setting up, dismantling, and servicing industrial machinery such as conveyors, pumps, mixers, compressors, hydraulic systems, and related equipment.
- Review project scope, verify work requirements, and document progress and results.
- Utilize precision measuring and alignment tools to ensure accurate positioning and assembly of components.
- Align gears, install bearings, attach motors, and connect belts according to engineering specifications.
- Fabricate, cut, weld, and install machinery parts, shafts, and frameworks as required.
- Operate cranes, hoists, and rigging devices to safely move and position heavy equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and follow instructions from project supervisors.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or construction involving precision equipment.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of rigging methods, load handling, and mechanical assembly practices.
- Comfortable working extended shifts in various temperature conditions.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dependable transportation and willingness to work overtime when required.
