Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Location: Odenton, MD

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Position Overview:

We are actively hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Odenton, MD office. This is an added position created to support growing demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial electrical estimating, solid industry knowledge, and a commitment to delivering quality results. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable, long-term role in a company that values dedication and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Create accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial projects up to $5 million.

Analyze drawings, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements and scope.

Conduct takeoffs using Accubid Live Count Cloud and other industry tools.

Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and identify new business opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from pre-construction to execution.

Monitor job profitability and identify ways to improve margins.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience preferred in estimating commercial electrical projects (office, retail, medical, hotel, renovation).

Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, labor, and material costs.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, and Accubid Live Count Cloud.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test.

Strong tenure and interest in growing long-term with a reliable and professional team.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
