Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage and improve operational practicesAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlinesTrack and forecast operational trends and analysisProvide daily operations oversight for outside teams

Qualifications:

Minimum experience of 2 years as Assistant project management or estimating experience in the electrical for an electrical contractor

APM experience should include commercial and light industrial electrical construction projects

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and specifications

Must be familiar and able to complete all paperwork associated with APM duties, including change orders

Knowledge of NEC electrical codes

Proficient on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
