Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years as a Foreman/Superintendent running crews of 10 plus team members. Provides quality, clean work. Has good moral standards, such as honesty, loyalty, and dependability. Has the ability to work on and complete tasks independently without supervision. Ability to run crews efficiently and deliver quality work. Ability and willingness to train others. Possesses good planning, communication skills, verbal and written Strong customer service skills Strong mechanical skills Knowledge of current NFPA70 code. Must have a valid driver's license and can pass a random background/drug test. Willing to travel to job sites around central Florida. Preferred experience in both projects and service/troubleshooting work. English proficiency required. Skills: Deliver results under demanding circumstances Analytical thinker with a solution-driven approach Project Financial Acumen Have a working knowledge of electrical drawings and ability to read blueprints. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
