As a Contract Manager you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects that power communities and drive progress. If you have 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry and a passion for navigating complex contracts in the energy sector, especially across North and Latin Americathis could be your next big move. What will you do? Advise on project implementation and contracting matters, with a focus on subcontracting, equipment procurement, insurance, claims, and dispute resolution Analyze contracts in alignment with corporate policies and assess commercial and legal risks relevant to stakeholders Deliver training on internal regulations and key contractual and commercial concepts Provide risk assessments and commercial issue analysis to support decision-making Participate in contract negotiations with clients, joint ventures, subcontractors, and suppliers Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret legal documents and safeguard corporate interests Who you are? Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited institution. (preferred) Juris Doctorate (or equivalent) from an accredited law school is a strong advantage. (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams. Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on Linxon's broader strategic goals. Capable of working autonomously, making informed decisions, and driving project completion. Willingness to deliver difficult messages and hold stakeholders accountable. Experience supporting utility construction or engineering/commercial clients in heavy industrial manufacturing. Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, multilingual, and multidisciplinary team. Skilled in strategic communication with executive management, clients, and suppliers. Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
