Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include: 5+ years of experience in residential construction and home remodeling Ability to oversee 4-6 active job sites simultaneously Collaborate with multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, and more Supervise subcontractors and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery Communicate effectively with clients throughout project timelines Handle permits, materials, and inspection coordination Utilize MS Office and adapt to project software such as Zoho Travel locally to job sites; no office-based work required Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
