Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include: Minimum of 10 years of HVAC service experience (flexible to consider 2-3 years for the right candidate) CFC certification or equivalent required Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, RTUs, and ERUs Install and replace HVAC components such as pumps, valves, WSHPs, and RTUs Strong knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy management software Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions Coordinate with contractors and manage assigned HVAC helpers Responsible for ordering materials, adhering to safety protocols, and completing documentation accurately Salary: $28 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
