B&N Civil Engineer Co-op Responsibilities

Work with Professional Engineers on a variety of transportation projects

Projects include roadway, traffic, and general civil engineering study and design

Assist with preparing studies and writing reports

Perform project scoping, design, and final design, and develop construction plans, cost estimates, and specifications

Learn new methods and technologies such as MicroStation/OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD

Skills & Qualifications

You are a current student in good academic standing pursuing a degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university and have completed at least one year of your undergraduate degree

You have a strong interest in roadway engineering; previous co-ops are a plus

Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required

Experience with MicroStation/ OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD a plus
