Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position is Monday - Friday with the hours of 2:45pm - 11:00pm. The pay for this position ranges between $22.00 - $26.00 , but depends on experience. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various industrial machinery and equipment. Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ammeters to diagnose electrical issues. Analyze mechanical problems and implement effective solutions. Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal equipment functionality. Operate scissor lifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with field service teams to address equipment issues on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities. Skills Proficient in using diagnostic tools, including voltmeters and ammeters. Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Experience working in a manufacturing facility environment. Ability to analyze mechanical systems and troubleshoot effectively. Skilled in fabricating parts and components for machinery repairs. Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance schedules and records. Knowledge of operating scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
