HVAC Technician Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential HVAC installation and repair. The ideal candidate will have a professional presentation as the role involves client-facing interactions. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Additionally, you will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, perform system upgrades, and communicate effectively with clients about repair options. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions. Perform system upgrades to enhance system performance. Communicate with clients to explain system issues and repair options. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Essential Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
