RPM Staffing is looking for an experienced MIG welder for a warehouse in Bonham, TX!!

Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $19-22/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate MIG welding equipment in accordance with job specifications

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

Prepare, cut, and fit metal components for welding

Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity

Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working order

Follow all workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE

Collaborate with other fabricators, machinists, and team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school a plus)

Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience (or relevant apprenticeship)

Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings

Knowledge of welding symbols, techniques, and safety standards

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TIG or Stick welding

Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and plasma cutters
