Contract Administrator

We are looking for a responsible AR Specialist whose main duties will be to maintain and prepare billing and collect payment on receivables. A successful AR Specialist with contract compliance experience will demonstrate a strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain compliance with various contracts. You should review contracts to understand compliance requirements and ensure that the company provides reporting in a timely manner as well as bill customers in the manner identified by the contracts. REQUIREMENTS: Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator, Accounts Receivable, or relevant role within the construction industry. Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts. Pre-liens and Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage and Change Orders and Certificates of Insurance. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable procedures.
