What You'll Be Doing Operate hammer equipment to break oversized rock and maintain material flow Inspect and maintain hammer and associated equipment for safe and efficient operation Communicate with plant operators and loaders to coordinate production activities Monitor work area for safety hazards and report issues promptly Support general plant operations and assist with other tasks as needed What Are We Looking For Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard identification Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment maintenance Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
