This is a 1099 hourly position (not piecework). Weekly pay and 40 hours guaranteed for the right candidate. You MUST have: Your own transportation Your own tools Experience in general handyman work Ability to work independently and complete make-ready maintenance Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality Work includes (but not limited to): Plumbing - shower valves, faucets, wax rings, supply lines Electrical - outlets, light fixtures, basic replacements Painting - mostly interior, some exterior Windows - glass replacement, blinds, window cranks/locks Light Landscaping - occasional mowing or yard work Pay: $25-$35 per hour (based on experience) Paid weekly 1099 Contractor 40 hours/week guaranteed This is an HOURLY position only.
