Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architectural Designer position include: 3+ years of experience high-end custom residential design and working with clients Expertise in floorplan and elevation creation, from initial concept through construction documentation Skilled at guiding clients through the design process and presenting design solutions Proficient in CAD or Revit drafting and experienced in both design and production work Ability to perform rough estimating and collaborate with sales, estimators, and engineers Experience with permitting processes for residential projects Strong project management skills with attention to budget and quality Knowledge of ADUs, custom homes, and large-scale renovations over $1.5 million Registered Architect (RA) desired but not required Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
