We manage rentals and need a reliable 1099 handyman who knows the Section 8/HQS drill. You'll be our boots on the ground: repairs/make-readies, flooring (install/repair), and showing units. Work includes: light plumbing/electrical, drywall/paint, flooring, doors/locks, appliances, yard cleanups, turnovers, lockboxes, attend/schedule HQS inspections, fix fail items fast, photo docs, conduct showings & move-ins/outs. Occasional after-hours (premium). You have: residential maintenance skills, Section 8 familiarity, reliable vehicle/tools/ladder/smartphone, clear communication. W-9 required; background check OK.
