**Qualifications Needed:**
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program or equivalent, necessary for professional licensure.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required; NCEES registration and NSPE membership are advantageous.
- Preferred credentials include CSI-CDT, LEED AP BD+C, and WELL AP. Training available if not held.
- A decade of experience crafting mechanical systems for varied building types.
- Expertise in HVAC design, load analysis, sizing of ductwork, selecting equipment, and developing hydronic systems.
- Proven track record in creating coordinated construction documents and detailed technical specifications.
- Skilled in Revit and/or AutoCAD; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected, with Project, SharePoint, and Teams being a favorable addition.
- Capability to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across different functions.
