Pay Rate Range Between $90 - $95 Per Hour on W2

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CRM Functional Architect with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to design and drive scalable, high-impact CRM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of CRM strategy, process design, data architecture, and cross-cloud integrations. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical expert capable of translating business needs into robust Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

• 12+ years of relevant industry professional experience in CRM with at least 7+ years of Salesforce-specific experience.
• Proven Technofunctional experience architecting and delivering complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise with Flow Builders, Apex Classes, SoQL Queries, and Connector Integrations
• Deep understanding of:

• Sales Cloud : Lead/opportunity management, Accounts and Contacts, territory management, forecasting, CPQ, Conversion of Opportunity to Order, Payment Methods
• Marketing Cloud : Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio.
• Data Cloud : Customer 360, data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, data harmonization.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce data modeling, declarative automation, and AppExchange solutions.
• Experience with tools such as MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, and CDP integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
