Laborer - Excavation (Class A CDL Preferred)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Laborer to join our team. A Class A CDL is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience in earthworks and be comfortable working in outdoor construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties on excavation job sites.
Operate and maintain a variety of construction machinery (if qualified/experienced).
Assist with site preparation, including leveling ground and raking.
Grease, fuel, and wash equipment to ensure proper maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites.

Qualifications:
Experience in earthworks or excavation is preferred.
Class A CDL preferred but not required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
