Looking for Master Electrician- Hiring

We are looking for an experienced and skilled master electrician to join our GC company.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and code-compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial, settings. This position involves a combination of hands-on work, project leadership, and troubleshooting electrical problems.

Responsibilities
Installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations.
Leading and supervising electricians and apprentices, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Troubleshooting complex electrical issues and identifying appropriate solutions for optimal system functionality.
Obtaining permits and ensuring all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations.
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and engineers to define project scopes, provide cost estimates, and manage project timelines.
Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and reports for clients and internal tracking.
Providing training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices.
