Organizational Development Manager

$46.66- $70.00 an hour – Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week
Boulder Community Health is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to lead talent, learning, and organizational development initiatives that strengthen BCH on its journey to becoming a learning organization. In this role, you will:
•Partner with organizational leaders and HR to design and deliver talent and learning programs that drive business growth.
•Build leadership capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and develop skills across the organization.
•Apply project management, analytical, and relationship-building expertise to execute initiatives effectively.
•Shape BCH’s culture by advancing learning strategies and leadership development programs that create a competitive advantage.
This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MA or MBA)
•10+ years of experience in a talent management, learning & development, HR business partner, or similar role
•Proven experience designing and implementing leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
•Strong project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
•Ability to partner with senior leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities:
•Partner with senior and mid-level leaders, HR leaders, and other stakeholders to align talent and learning strategies with business priorities.
•Design and deliver leadership development programs that build skills, competencies, and a strong pipeline of BCH leaders.
•Develop and monitor talent management processes, including succession planning, high-potential identification, talent reviews, and strategies to close skill gaps.
•Lead initiatives to transform BCH into a learning organization, leveraging technology and innovative learning approaches.
•Measure the effectiveness of talent, leadership, and learning programs, using data to continuously improve outcomes.
•Support HR Business Partners and organizational leaders on projects and learning initiatives as needed.
•Manage vendor relationships to maximize value and efficiency in talent and learning programs.
•Provide HR and talent expertise in organizational projects, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives.
•Stay current on best practices, trends, and research in talent, leadership, and organizational development, applying insights to BCH’s strategy.
•Demonstrate a commitment to continuous growth and improvement in all organizational development efforts.
