Summary of Role:

The candidate needs to work and drive with Customers, Technology and Design Teams for Stdcell library Architecture development and mixed analog circuits including RTN noise and jitter analysis in Advanced Technologies

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Circuit Design Simulation Verification, Supervise Layout, Architect standard cells design
• Architect Design of experiments for test sites/MPW and work on the whole life cycle, verification, debug and model to hardware correlation
• Innovative circuit design employing GF emerging differentiated technologies
• Proficient in CAD tool usage and scripting perl, skill, tcl
• Use AI tools and methodologies
• Able to perform library analysis characterization and validation, SOC level planning and place and route
• Experience in advanced technologies and able to grasp changes in DM, PDK and DRC rules

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education Graduating with Masters, or PhD in Electrical Engineering from an accredited degree program.
• Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
• Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
• Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
• Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning & organizational skills
