Skilled Laborer - General Construction ( San Rafael)

We are looking for a self-motivated residential Construction Laborer to work in a professional team atmosphere. Must be willing to develop skills and grow within the company.

The hours for this position will be Monday Friday with standard required breaks and lunchtimes.

Requirements
~Must have good written and communication skills
~Must have valid clean California driver's license Class C, with clean DMV driving record A Must May be required to drive class 5 Truck
~Must be neat, organized, and able to follow Site Managers directions.
~Willing to lift 50 75+ pounds
~Able to stand, run upstairs, and climb ladders for physical 8 hours per day.
~Prior construction labor experience required

Duties/Capabilities shall include but not limited to:
-Be responsible, organized and motivated
-Be able to follow directions, to work well on a team or individually
-Demolition, removal of debris, trash hauling, site clean-up and assisting Site Manager as directed
-Perform quality work to the highest level possible
-Value yourself and others by being on time, professional, courteous and respectful when dealing with clients & subcontractors
-Understand and follow safety guidelines
-A positive attitude and strong work ethic are required as well as wanting to learn the trade.
Please provide references, benefits are 3 Sick days per year, After 90 day probation medical through Kaiser 50%, and one week paid vacation after 1 year. Bilingual preferred, specialized training can help laborers advance and experience is a big plus. Compensation depends on experience.
