We have real jobs right now available that need skilled techs who understand working in commercial properties. We are partnered with two biggest Real Estate Property Management Landlord companies in Florida
What You Need:
tools, equipments and experience working in commercial settings
Good Pricing model and detail explanation to our Vendor managers through text
Ability to inspect, take clear before, during and after photos, and communicate professionally
Licensed? Great. Not licensed? No problem if skilled
We buy the materials for you, we have pro account and cards to pay in hardware stores whatever it is
How Pay Works:
We pay through Zelle and Bank Transfer and we pay on every Saturday morning of the week. Keep in mind i'm talking about your labor as materials is going to be paid through our cards and pro account. Jobs done between Saturday to Thursday will be paid on Saturday morning. So the job you do on Friday will go with the next weeks payment.
Pay is based on the job, you go to the job site and send us pictures, give us a market standard price and then we take the approval from the client and then you do the job onsite. Don't have to come back for a small job unless its a thousands of dollars thing
every week is promised no less than 10 jobs if you fit our criteria
