Semi retired contractor looking for handyman.Some of my projects are on historical buildings. Must be drug free, no smoking or vaping on the projects. 18-22$ hr. Dependable transportation,on time each day a must.most of my projects are in waxhaw.Must be in good physical condition. Must have minimum 5 yrs in basic remodeling and be able to work with power tools. You only need basic tools, I have all other equipment.Projects, hardi siding, trim, painting.historical restorations.
