Position: Contracts and Business Admin
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8AM5PM
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Were looking for a proactive, detail-driven Contracts and Business Admin professional to join our team! This role is open due to growth, and were reviewing resumes and lining up interviews ASAP so dont wait!
What Youll Do
This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where youll be the go-to person for contract coordination, compliance, and business operations. Youll work closely with Sales, Service, Accounting, and Operations to keep everything running smoothly.
Contracts & Compliance
Review and redline contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders
Negotiate terms with contractors and legal teams
Manage compliance forms and subcontractor vetting
Track project paperwork and bond status
Stay current on state regulations for prevailing wage and bonding
Contract Accounting
Align contract details with invoicing
Create proforma invoices and reconcile accounts
Communicate payment terms and document status with Accounting
Insurance Management
Maintain subcontractor and customer COIs
Coordinate with insurance brokers for updates and renewals
Request bid, payment, and performance bonds
Corporate Support
Arrange travel and event registrations
Draft and edit business documents
Schedule meetings and support cross-departmental teams
Collaborate with our ERP Project Team
