Paint and Coatings Estimator

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Commercial Paint and concrete restoration contractor seeking an experienced Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a quickly growing team of dedicated professionals. I am looking for a sales-minded leader in the Commercial Paint industry ready to manage a motivated team. They have been in business for over FIFTY years and have gainied loyal clients. With projects $1M - $15M+ they need a skilled individual with knowledge and experience to join them!

Estimator Experience Required .

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers
• Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects exceeding $1M
• Provide leadership to project teams
• Be a hands-on and reliable leader
• Utilize Estimating software to conduct takeoffs and bids

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Commercial Paint or Industrial Coatings Estimator
• Ability to understand and present products and services
• On-Center, Planswift, or similar software proficiency
• Specific experience in painting or restoration required
• Must have the ability to utilize technology to enhance client service
