Journeyman Electrician

Honesty Electrical is growing, and were looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We need someone who is a self-starter, dependable, and ready to lead. Youll be responsible for running and leading jobs, mentoring an apprentice, and ensuring every project is done right, safely, and on time.

What Youll Do
Run and lead commercial, residential, and generator (air & liquid cooled) projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems with minimal supervision.
Bend, cut, thread, and install conduit (EMT, PVC, Rigid).
Pull, terminate, and test wire/cable of various sizes.
Install and wire panels, breakers, disconnects, transfer switches, and controls.
Set and wire standby generators, including Generac (air- and liquid-cooled).
Ensure jobs are done according to NEC code and Honesty Electrical standards.
Direct and train apprentices on the jobsite.
Communicate clearly with project managers and clients.

What Were Looking For
Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required).
Strong knowledge of NEC and local code compliance.
Solid skills in conduit work, wire pulls, terminations, and service installs.
Experience in both commercial and residential projects.
Generator installation experience a plus (we install Generac).
Must be a leader, problem solver, and reliable.
Valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
