MACHINE OPERATOR/GENERAL LABORER: PAY: 20.69/HR MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 7 DAYS PER WEEK, 1ST AND 3RD (12 HOUR SHIFTS)
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate, where you will play a crucial role in supporting production and shipping operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in a manufacturing environment, with training provided for all roles.
Responsibilities
Assist with production and shipping department duties.
Operate forklift or bobcat as required, following training.
Stand, walk, and lift for up to 12 hours a day.
Perform general painting tasks throughout the facility.
Learn to operate machinery to support the production process.
Essential Skills
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to train on multiple parts of machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude.
Good communication skills.
Time management and organizational skills.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing facility with a 12-hour rotating schedule, alternating between day and night shifts (7am to 7pm for 7 days, off for 4 days, then 7pm to 7am for 7 days). Be prepared to work overtime as needed. The work environment involves general labor tasks such as production, packing, loading, and unloading, and requires the ability to handle construction, concrete, and landscaping duties. Dress code is casual, and safety gear will be provided as necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.69 - $20.69/hr.
