Job Title: Welder

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled welder to perform TIG welding on aluminum materials.

  • The primary task involves fusing the corners of pizza pans with four welds at a 90-degree angle using a TIG welder machine equipped with a foot pedal.

  • The role will start with tacking and grow from there, primarily focusing on creating pizza pans, with additional tasks including making pizza cutters and other products for commercial pizza chains.

  • There may also be some MIG welding on stainless steel to weld racks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum using a foot pedal.

  • Fusing corners of pizza pans with precision and attention to detail.

  • Engage in tacking to start and develop further skills.

  • Create pizza pans and other related commercial pizza products.

  • Conduct MIG welding on stainless steel when required.

  • Read blueprints to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.

  • Work towards meeting production goals starting with 25 pans per day, scaling up to 400 pans.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in TIG welding.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Precision and attention to detail in welding tasks.

  • Basic welding experience and ability to follow directions.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
