Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
This role requires you to maintain and repair equipment used in liquid filling, powder coating, furnaces, and ovens to ensure efficient production of liquid painting and powder coating applications. You will work with conveyors, bearings, belts, shafts, pumps, and various electrical systems, including fuses, relays, and single/3 phase systems (480v).
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on liquid filling and powder coating equipment.
Conduct repairs on furnaces and ovens for liquid painting applications.
Maintain conveyors, bearings, belts, shafts, and pumps.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including fuses and relays.
Work with single/3 phase systems (480v).
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Essential Skills
Mechanical repair expertise
Hydraulics knowledge
Preventive maintenance skills
5+ years of maintenance experience
Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
Pneumatics and blueprint reading
PLC troubleshooting and repair
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of mechanical systems
Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems
