Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our facility maintenance team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through a variety of labor-related tasks including inventory management, warehouse cleanup, and parts handling. Youll be part of a collaborative team working to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Laborers will also support with sweeping, digging, and clean up as needed to support various projects.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations through inventory management.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

• Perform tasks such as sweeping, digging, and cleanup to support various projects.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and warehouse operations.

• Proficiency in using hand tools, shovels, rakes, and brooms.

• Ability to manage inventory efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with concrete and carpentry is a plus.

• Forklift operation experience is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a climate-controlled warehouse with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to Noon. There will also be outdoor fieldwork supporting the team with parts or general labor.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
