Job Description:

An Associate Project Manager will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department. The Associate Project Manager will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking and expediting the processes performed by other Epiq departments on the projects in the PM's project queue. The Associate Project Manager's duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, creating job instructions in the form of statements of work and interacting with other departments within Epiq to ensure projects are being efficiently executed.

This position is contingent on securing new client contracts.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at Epiq
• Draft processing statements of work to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a project
• Obtain, examine and prepare client data for processing
• Interpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to other operational groups
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platforms
• Highly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processes
• Availability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increase
• Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work well in a team based environment

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Experience in an e-discovery environment; hosting services are a significant plus
• Industry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert is a plus

Work Conditions :

• Available to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekends
• Sitting for extended periods of time

The Compensation range for this role is 70,000 to 80,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
