Experienced Backhoe & Excavator Operator

ob Summary:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Backhoe and Excavator Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment for construction, excavation, grading, and site preparation projects. You will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently, following all safety protocols, and completing tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Operate backhoe and/or excavator equipment to dig trenches, excavate, grade, and move earth or materials as required.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.

• Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times.

• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.

• Load and unload materials as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable operating experience with a backhoe, excavator, or similar heavy equipment.

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.

• Ability to read site plans and follow verbal or written instructions.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
