Senior Project Executive Special Purpose Entities Sector
SIRIS is growing and seeks to add a Senior Project Executive to our team. This position reports to the VP of Operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and execute senior level project management services across assigned Special Purpose Entity (SPE) Projects with particular focus on the legal, financial, real estate, organizational structure and processes of commercial development projects. These projects may include a mix of healthcare, hotel, retail, restaurant, and entertainment. This position works across a wide variety of functional areas and teams including senior executive and political leaders, consultants, contractors, vendors and other third parties to ensure successful tracking, reporting and execution of overall project initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Work as senior point of contact for the assigned SPE Projects.
- Provide expert advisory support to clients on legal, financial, real estate and organizational structure and processes of commercial real estate development projects.
- Adhere to the company framework and processes as defined by the VP of Operations.
- Provide leadership for the ideation and evolution of the project framework and processes with the CEO, COO and VP of Operations.
- Lead in-person and virtual meetings regarding portfolio of projects.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors to successfully execute a project, while also preparing relevant documentation (schedule, budget, return on investment, critical to return assessment, closeout reports, etc.).
- Create presentation decks and related collateral for executive leadership and all stakeholders.
- Mentor, motivate and lead the SIRIS project team including supporting the development and training of individuals on the team.
- Directly own strategy through construction closeout and monitoring for multiple mega projects with a large healthcare component.
- Responsible for prioritizing, delegating and effectively communicating information throughout a projects life cycle.
- Track and manage project scopes, budgets, financials, schedules, risks, and deliverables for a full project lifecycle.
- Provide periodic on-site supervision and review as required by project needs and stakeholders.
- Manage the implementation of SIRIS best practices.
- Manage the SIRIS contract, invoicing and initial change order negotiation and
documentation with the Client.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages all employees of the assigned project department and is responsible for reporting to VP of Operations regarding input on performance management and hiring of the employees for the project.
