We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Sr. Project Manager- Buildings who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based in our Greenwood Village, CO office, reporting directly to the Vice President for PMCM and working alongside other project managers, youll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also perform on-site oversite of various projects. You'll also plan, direct and coordinate construction projects to ensure client goals or objectives are accomplished with prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
As the onsite Owners Representative, youll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. Your role keeps our company connected and well support you with what you need to be successful.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.
10+ years of combined experience in Project Management, Construction Management and Engineering Management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager/Lead for Engineering
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (gmp/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
Ideally, Youll Also Have:
K12 construction management experience
Advance level scheduling experience
