BDA is a small team of 5 individuals who truly enjoy our work and enjoy working together. Our practice specializes in Multi-Family Affordable Housing but also includes the occasional commercial or industrial project. We are seeking candidates who are committed to a high level of service and teamwork. Individuals must have proven experience in all design and documentation phases and construction administration. The position responsibilities include contributing to all phases of projects from concept through construction administration. Tasks include, but would not be limited to, development of concept renderings and initial pricing documents, development and successful implementation of contract documents, and field observation and reporting during construction administration. Individuals must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and problem solve collaboratively and effectively. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to shepherd projects from inception to completion of construction. This position may be hybrid.
