We will be upgrading the sub-panel load center inside a commercial building located in the AV. This will include the removal of the old sub-panel load center(s) and replacing it with a newer panel load center that complies with the 2024 NEC code, ensuring the panel is mounted to a brick wall, and reusing the same holes as the old panel wherever feasible, utilizing new components. On the new panels , Punching-Out and match the EMT/Ridgid pipes wholes that are coming into the top of the old panel, so everything lines up, to make an easy replacement to the new panel Work to be done: 1.) QTY: #8 REMOVE old sub-panel load center/3-P/240. with old Breakers. 2.) QTY: #8 INSTALL NEW sub-panel load center/3-P/240. with new Breakers. 3.) Each electrical sub panel has anywhere between 6 - 13 circuits. 4.) Before removal of the sub panel and dis-connecting the wires you must mark identify each wire by (#'s ) and label it so you can re-identify it back when you mount the new panel, (relabeling ) is critical. It is essential to have a high degree of craftsmanship and to take pride in your work to attain excellence and proficiency in your trade. I am not seeking any handyman or a HACK ( substandard or unprofessional work)!
