Your Role As a Luxury Cleaning Specialist, you will: Follow our step-by-step cleaning procedures for each assignment Use only approved products and equipment Deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations Uphold our client-focused quality standards Work independently while meeting the premium expectations of our clients Procedures & Standards To maintain our premium service standards, all contractors must: Sign our Privacy Agreement and No-Client-Soliciting Agreement Adhere to our Code of Conduct, Dress Code, and Appearance Standards Follow cleaning procedures and service guidelines for each client assignment Important: Following procedures is a requirement for payment and ongoing partnership. This is a business exchangeyou are compensated for providing services that meet client expectations. Optional Professional Attire: Neutral apparel such as black polos or aprons, badges, or lanyards may be provided for contractors who wish to use them. Wearing branded items is voluntary and does not create employment status. Scheduling Contractors enter their availability in our system; projects are assigned accordingly Shifts are offered in 3-hour blocks: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Flexibility is maintainedyou may accept or decline assignments as an independent contractor While schedules are flexible, you are expected to uphold: Cleanliness standards Product usage Client satisfaction Safety and presentation This is a good opportunity, whether you are full-time, part-time, or want to pick up shifts to earn extra cash.
