Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - Client Relations position include: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or client relations within the residential construction or design industry Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring top-tier satisfaction Manage punch lists and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain project timelines and high-quality standards Provide administrative and scheduling support to project managers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met Support the head designer with design selections and documentation as needed Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and documentation to keep operations organized Draft and present detailed progress reports to clients, team members, and managers Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends based on project demands Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
