Every project is an opportunity to push boundaries and create meaningful spaces. We're currently seeking a Project Architect / Job Captain to join our fast-paced, design-forward studio. This is a full-time role for a highly motivated individual who brings technical expertise, design sensitivity, and leadership to the table. You'll work closely with Project Managers and design teams to lead the development of architectural plans and ensure excellence from concept through construction. What You'll Do Lead the production of architectural drawing sets across all phases Coordinate with consultants and manage interdisciplinary design integration Contribute to both building and interior design development Guide and mentor architectural team members Oversee documentation standards and quality control Manage construction administration and project close-out Solve complex design and technical challenges with creativity and precision Represent the studio in client meetings, presentations, and agency reviews Engage in studio culture, leadership, and continuous improvement What You'll Bring Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) Architectural license preferred but not required 7-10+ years of experience with at least one new construction project from design concept through construction Proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD preferred), Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Strong design sensibility and technical drafting skills Experience with code analysis, agency processing, and construction detailing Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and innovation A proactive, resourceful mindset and a commitment to craft What You'll Receive Medical, dental, and vision insurance Matching retirement investment plans Paid holidays and vacation days Parental leave benefits Professional development and training opportunities Work abroad opportunities Studio-wide field trips and creative workshops Optional hybrid work schedule Ready to Join Us?
