Project Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Designer to join a dynamic Retail Design, Development, and Build team, responsible for driving the nationwide rollout of new retail locations. This role involves assessing site compatibility with existing prototypes, developing accurate layouts, and producing both 2D construction documents and 3D renderings in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants. The designer will manage architects and vendors, oversee fixture coordination, and ensure all design solutions meet brand standards while identifying opportunities for optimization and value engineering. Responsibilities include budget and schedule management, site assessments, construction documentation, permitting, and stakeholder communication across real estate, construction, procurement, and operations teams. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design, has 3-5 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail), and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management. This position requires a high level of visual acuity, occasional travel, and a commitment to working collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
