Experience and skill level may range from an entry level designer (2-4 years) to intermediate level Architect (5-8 years' experience) to participate in all phases of design through construction on several residential projects. We are offering consultancy positions but are willing to consider full-time opportunities on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities: Design, coordination, client meetings, permitting, answering RFIs, presentations, site visits, full-scale mockups, etc. Working closely and clearly communicating with the team. BA team members have a great deal of autonomy in their work but will need to stay closely connected to the team. Contributing to a creative and friendly office environment. Qualifications Needed: A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution Self-starter and capable of multi-tasking A penchant for follow-through Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities Experience leading the Contract Administration phase Ability to work with a variety of personalities Strong proficiency in complex computer modeling in a variety of programs Some rendering and presentation skills Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Experience coordinating engineering disciplines and consultants Additional Qualifications for 5-8-year Candidates Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies Ability to generate technical details of conventional and unconventional assemblies Experience obtaining agency approvals Experience communicating with contractors We offer commensurate pay based on experience and exceptional benefits.
