Carpenter/ laborer

I am a new business owner just starting out, I will pay $20 an hour to start, and it will be this way for a little tell I get the company rolling and will bump up your pay once I know you can do what is asked of you and we have a good thing going, this will be part time , random days for now , I need someone that knows how to cut and measure, idea of how to build but not nessasery, I will teach you along the way. Need to have a general idea of construction. Willing to travel sometimes but after I get to know you you can definitely hitch a ride with me to the jobs, you will help start this business and once the business is going good I will make working here worth it, we have alot of work coming in.
