The Position:

Seeking a Portable Crushing Foreman to manage crew activities, oversee aggregate processing and equipment maintenance , and promote continuous quality improvement in aggregate processing.

Location:
  • This is a portable position involving travel within Southern WI.
The Candidate:
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Dependable, punctual, with high ethical standards.
  • Self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and compliant with anti-trust laws.
  • Flexible with working hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions and dusty environments.
  • Membership in a trade union or willingness to join is required. Assistance available from HR.
  • At least 5 years of field experience in aggregate crushing.
  • Previous experience as a Foreman.
  • Knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
