Your next role
As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will be varied, but likely to include:
Undertake detailed electrical engineering building services design and calculations (using both software and knowledge to verify robust calculations such as Design Master and SKM)
Embrace the latest technologies to improve performance and sustainability
Prepare technical drawings, schedules, and reports
Analyze load to determine system sizing, and assign circuitry for power and lighting devices
Prepare condition surveys, forward maintenance plans, dilapidation schedules, defect analyses, system diagnostics reports, schedules of condition and the monitoring of the subsequent works processes
Provide business, technical, maintenance, operational and energy audits and, or studies based upon conventional and alternative energy sources for individual or groups of buildings
Demonstrate awareness of sustainable construction, operations and maintenance
Your key duties
3+ years' experience of electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry
Relevant bachelor or master's degree
Experience using Revit
Familiarity using computational analysis tools such as electrical fault analysis and lighting design software
Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems; ability to investigate, identify and provide solutions to technical problems
Ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas in an accessible manner
Eagerness to learn and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
What we offer
Salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
