The City of Janesville (pop. 66,809), located in scenic south-central Wisconsin, is seeking a Facility Project Coordinator to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects that keep City-owned buildings safe, functional, and welcoming.

- Administer project budgets, track schedules, approve invoices, and maintain project records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

- Bachelor's in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in facilities management or construction.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and GIS tools.
- Valid state-issued driver's license at time of hire.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Salary range: $66,153 - $72,768 +/- DOQ. Starting salary is commensurate with qualifications.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS) participation.
