Superintendent (Solar Installation)

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent (Solar Installation) position include: Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience, including 2 years focused on solar PV/electrical work High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred OSHA 30-Hour certification required; First Aid/CPR and NABCEP PV Installation Professional preferred Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, and MS Office Supervise all phases of solar PV installation including site prep, racking, modules, electrical work, and battery storage Ensure all work meets quality standards, NEC codes, and school district requirements Oversee project safety, logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communications Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and ensure smooth project commissioning Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
